Every Paper Porch print is personalised and made to order from your own photo, so we can't take back a print because you've changed your mind. UK law exempts personalised goods from the 14-day cancellation right, and you see and approve a free preview before you pay.
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 14 days of delivery and send us a photo of the problem and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Because the artwork is painted by AI, a print can occasionally come out with details that differ from your photo. If that happens, send us a photo of the print, your email address and your order number and we'll refund the full amount you paid for that order.
To ask for a replacement or refund, use our contact page or email hello@paperporch.co.uk. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days of us confirming them. Your statutory rights are not affected.
