A straight-on, daylight photo with the whole building in shot, ideally without cars or bins in front. The front photo from a Rightmove or Zoopla listing works brilliantly, and so does a Google Street View screenshot. ### Can I make one as a surprise housewarming gift? Yes, and it's easy. Save the front photo from their home's Rightmove or Zoopla listing (or take a Street View screenshot), upload it, and they'll never guess. ### How is the artwork made? Our AI art studio paints a new piece from your photo in the style you choose. Each one is unique and may not match your photo exactly, which is why you can preview it and paint it again for free before you buy. ### Will my print have the watermark on it? No. The watermark only appears on the preview. Your print and digital file are clean. ### What paper are the prints made on? Every print is a Giclée print (the method museums and galleries use) on heavyweight 200gsm enhanced matte art paper. It's a natural white paper with a smooth, matte finish, so there's no glare. Pigment-based archival inks give rich colour and smooth gradients that won't fade when displayed indoors. Prints come unframed and fit standard 7 × 5 in, A5, A4 and A3 frames. ### Can I have a portrait or landscape print? Yes. Before we paint your preview, you choose portrait (taller than wide, best for terraced and town houses) or landscape (wider than tall, best for bungalows, cottages and detached homes). The shape can't be changed once it's painted, so to switch, start a new preview. It's free. ### How long does delivery take? We print in 1–3 working days, then send it free by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives the next working day. We currently deliver within the UK only. ### What if it arrives damaged? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
